Katahdin Valley Health Center “Get to Know KVHC” Rack Card

Rack card containing an overview of KVHC and the services they offer, for usage in new patient packets and at local advertising events (health fairs, job fairs, etc). Printed on heavy stock with a high-gloss coating.

Katahdin Valley Health Center Notice of Privacy Practices Brochure

Brochure with legal information given to every patient at Katahdin Valley Health Center. Also printed in a different format on posters at each clinic. Brochures printed at 8.5×11″ trifold on semi-glossy paper stock, offered to all patients at first visit.

Katahdin Valley Health Center “KVHC Pharmacy” Rack Card

Rack card advertising the services of KVHC Pharmacy (in-house pharmacies located at several KVHC clinics). Printed on heavy stock with a high-gloss coating, stocked in all KVHC exam and waiting rooms as well as in new patient packets.

Penobscot Nation “Breastfeeding” Direct Mailer

Direct mailer produced for the Penobscot Nation promoting breastfeeding for new mothers. Printed on heavy stock and mailed directly to Penobscot Nation tribe members.

Katahdin Valley Health Center “Patient Portal” Rack Card

Rack card containing an overview of the KVHC Patient Portal, an online portal for accessing healthcare information and sending secure messages to providers/KVHC clinics. (I really like the text design on the front of this one!) Printed on heavy stock with a high-gloss coating.

Katahdin Valley Health Center “Sliding Fee 2023” Brochure

Yearly brochure promoting and explaining the KVHC Sliding Fee Discount Program, offering low-cost healthcare to patients of lower income. Brochures printed at 8.5×11″ trifold on semi-glossy paper stock, available at all KVHC waiting rooms.

Business Card design for Katahdin Valley Health Center for 2022-2023 (and possibly beyond). Two versions were created – the version offered here for members of management, and a secondary version without e-mail address or phone extension listed for doctors & healthcare providers. Printed on heavy high-gloss stock.
